How do I return an item?

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a return request via our return portal
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if approved
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from refunds
  • If you choose store credit, no return shipping fee will be charged
  • Refunds are only processed after the item has been received and inspected
What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
All return requests are subject to our review and approval.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

All returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, etc.)
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Which items are not eligible for return?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Solid gold items purchased under pre-order
  • Tailor-made / customized items
Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If you choose store credit, no shipping fee will be charged.

  • Hong Kong: HKD 60
  • Japan: JPY 2250
  • Taiwan: TWD 550
  • United Kingdom: GBP 15
  • United States: USD 24
  • Australia: AUD 35
  • Singapore: SGD 35
  • Germany: EUR 22
  • Canada: CAD 47
  • Rest of World: USD 30

Note:The final deducted amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates and payment processing differences.

How will my refund be processed?

If you choose a refund to the original payment method:

  • Shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • If your order included a promotion, the discount will be recalculated based on the items kept
  • Any difference in discount will be deducted from your refund

Orders paid (in full or in part) using store credit are not eligible for refund to the original payment method.
Such amounts will be refunded as store credit only.

Can I choose store credit instead of a refund?

Yes, we offer store credit as an alternative.

When choosing store credit:

  • No return shipping fee will be deducted
  • Original discount will be preserved (no recalculation)
  • You will receive the full eligible amount as store credit

Store credit is non-refundable and can be used for future purchases.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

EXCHANGE

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet all return conditions
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Once your return is received and approved, the exchange will be processed

If there is a price difference:

  • You will need to pay the difference for higher-value items
  • The balance will be issued as store credit for lower-value items

We recommend choosing exchange or store credit for faster processing and to avoid additional return fees.

Are there any important things I should know?
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if sent without tracking
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive return behavior
