HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most of our orders are shipped within 5 days of purchase, pending on availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 to 9 business days of the shipment date, depending on the service chosen. 


For pieces that are made to order, it would require more time for those pieces to be ready.Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. 


All mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.We work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns & Exchanges section.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel.If you have not received this email, please contact us to request an update, by providing your order number.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, China, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Malaysia.

ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", please allow additional time for orders to be shipped. Please note that addiitonal charges may apply for remote locations. 


Please note that we are not liable any for lost packages that has been shipped to any of the locations mentioned above.

RECEIVED A FAULTY PACKAGE?

We do our best to ensure your item(s) arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us so that we can assist you with your order as needed.Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

You should not have to pay any duties and taxes as they have been prepaid during checkout. Should there be any charges on delivery, we shall reimburse all in full. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 5 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package is lost on the way of delivery though the courier, please contact us for possible reimbursement. If the lost package is shown as delivered with a proof of delivery from the courier, we are unable to reimburse for such lost. 

CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED?

Should your address be inaccurate, please do contact us as soon as possible. We shall try our best to assist your need. If order is dispatched, we suggest you to contact the courier directly as we are unable to guarantee a successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages.
