RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@fedomajewellery.com we will try our best to satisfy your needs. 


Please note that, refund will come in the form of credit card refund for defective items. For general returns, refund will be in the form of store credit.

HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Returned items must be received within 20 days of receipt of all orders. Any period thereafter will be voided.

WHAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED?

- All items on sale or discounted items 


- Order cancellation made after 2 hours of ordering. Your order will be processed within 2-4 hours of payment and please ensure that your address and the item selected is accurate. 


- Stolen or lost packages once delivery is confirmed: We try our best to deliver your goods in a safe and secure manner. We can only assure that your order safely leaves our warehouse with a tracking code. Please contact the courier directly for lost or misplaced package, as we are not liable to lost packages with a proof of delivery.

REQUESTING FOR A RETURN?

If you would like request for a return, please contact us and let us know your concern. We will resolve the issue by sending out another item or by granting store credits. 


Step1:Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition in order for the return to be processed. 


Step 2:Please slip in a notice with your order number written, as well as a reason for the return or an exchange. 


We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we, unfortunately, can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE?

The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label). Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post.

ARE THERE ANY REFUND PROCESSING CHARGES?

Depending on the country you reside in, it is possible that there will be a service charge for processing your refund or exchange.

Credit cards & online refund

For security purposes, we only refund to the original account on the card that was used to make the purchase or in the form of store credits. If a refund is processed to a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
